Potato and Butternut Mash
I have been stuck in a rut as far as meals are concerned lately. Lasagna (Gluten, Casein, Egg, Soy and Yeast Free)
Life has been SO busy lately that I've had this recipe laying around for a whole month. What a crazy month it's been. This lasagna dish was a challenge - for a dinner where all in attendance had food allergies and sensitivities, this dish needed to be free of gluten, casein, soy, corn, egg and yeast.
