Lamb Kofta Meatballs
These are good served with the apricot dipping sauce for Chicken Kofta. The original recipe for the lamb kofta can be found here.1 1/2 pounds ground lamb2 eggs, lightly beaten1/2 cup finely diced red onion3 cloves minced garlic1/4 cup fresh minced parsley1/2 cup gluten free breadcrumbs2 tsp. ground cumin1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. allspicePreheat oven to 350 degrees.
