Chocolate Meringue Clouds
This recipe is great for using up leftover egg whites from making Jolly Jam Bars. These cookies are a pleasant change from heavier holiday fare - airy, delicate, and melt-in-your-mouth. 3 egg whites at room temperature 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar3/4 cup sugar 2 tbsp. cocoa powder 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup mini casein free chocolate chips (such as Enjoy Life) Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
